Description
There are at least 4 good reasons that will make you fall in love with Casa Caruo:
the quiet location but in the heart of the historic center of Falcade, the large garden, the welcoming atmosphere of the accommodation and the terrace overlooking the most beautiful peaks that surround Falcade.
THE SPACES:
The apartment has been recently renovated and is on the first floor of an ancient building.
Once you enter the apartment, you will find a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room furnished with care and taste and covered with typical restored antique wood, where there is also a double sofa bed.
Finally, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed (slightly smaller than a classic king size double bed), and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room you can access the terrace where you will have a beautiful view of the wonderful Dolomites. Imagine being on a hot summer day sipping an iced drink while admiring the beauty of the landscape that surrounds you.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden where you can lie down to sunbathe, and a comfortable private parking place.
THE POSITION:
Casa Caruo is located in the historic center of Falcade, surrounded by ancient wooden barns and suggestive antique houses. You can quickly reach the supermarket and all the main services, as well as the amazing Piana of Falcade: it's a wide park, where there is an inflatable playground for children, the skating, the petanque field/volleyball/tennis and where you can do many fun activities.
You can also have lunch, dinner or a good aperitif in the bar/restaurant by the lake, spending a moment of relax with your family or friends.
In the surrounding area you will have access to the cycle path and several other walking trails or where to climb with a mountain bike.
The ski bus stop is located just 150 meters far from the house and, in winter, will take you to the new Molino-Le Buse cable car, an excellent starting point for your days on skis in the San Pellegrino Ski Area... about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes with breathtaking views.
You can also have a break in the several and welcoming shelters on the slopes, eating a good slice of strudel or a typical Dolomites' dish.
As an alternative to classic alpine skiing, you can try snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and much more!

Bellissimo appartamento! Simpatico e piacevole alloggio, non manca nulla. Balcone, bel soggiorno e cucina attrezzatissima e tutto quello che serve (e di più) al negozio Coop a pochi metri.

Il bagno secondo me andrebbe rivisto, sia per aspetti pratici come mancanza di bidet e scarico wc non funzionante, sia per aspetti igienici (bello il mobile porta lavandino in legno grezzo, ma è impossibile pulirlo, e in un bagno tra capelli, polveresee more
