In fact, this recent small condominium is located at the end of the town of Pozza, towards the entrance to the San Nicolò valley.
Supermarket, restaurant, bar are just a few hundred meters away, but from the magnificent balcony you can admire fantastic views!
This apartment is spread over one level, is on the first floor and sleeps six! The master bedroom has a double bunk bed, the upper part of which is however NOT usable as a sleeping area; the children's bedroom, on the other hand, can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a large family or two families, thanks also to the presence of two bathrooms. External parking space and sunny balcony complete the offer of this splendid all-wooden apartment with refined furnishings!

L’unico neo che abbiamo trovato è la scala esterna che, viste le piastrelle che si staccano/già staccate, risulta essere pericolosa.
