Here you will breathe an atmosphere that smacks of history and ancient familiar flavors. You will feel like you are returning to your grandmother's house. The beautiful "stua" with wooden roofs and the simplicity of the past are the masters. The apartment offers you a beautiful equipped terrace where you can relax in the beautiful and warm summer evenings.
The apartment does not have a private car park, but a public pay car park is located about 100 meters away. It is not possible to reach the house by car, so suitcases and bags on your shoulder like real mountaineers!

Its location is strategic, it is only 4 km from the Marmolada and 11 km from the Ski Civetta ski area. Sottoguda is a characteristic alpine village nestled in an idyllic location in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at the foot of the Marmolada, the highest peak in the Dolomites.
Whether it is a solitary adventure, romantic holidays, holidays with family or friends, Sottoguda is the ideal retreat for those seeking peace and authenticity and holidays immersed in nature among the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. But that's not all: Sottoguda also reserves endless possibilities for lovers of active holidays in the name of breathtaking trekking, Nordic walking, via ferratas and climbing, biking, e-bikes and adrenaline-pumping MTB tours. Thanks to the excellent state of conservation of the centenary rural architecture visible in the numerous tabièi (barns), made entirely by hand, to the unspoiled nature and the centuries-old tradition of artistic wrought iron, in November 2016 the absolute typicality of Sottoguda was recognized with the flag of one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy".
