Casa Elena is the perfect solution for you if you love breathtaking views and the sun at all hours of the day.
The place where this accommodation is located is in fact called “Pisoliva”, literally (in Italian) the "sunniest" area that you can choose for your holiday in the Dolomites.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house.
To access the apartment, since the ground is sloping, it will be necessary to go up an outside staircase, walk a short sidewalk and, once inside the building, go down a stairs, finally finding yourself in front of the entrance door of the apartment.
Once inside, on the left we immediately find the kitchen, independent and with a dining area, from which we have access to the large balcony. Once you leave, you will admire an amazing view of the village of Caviola and the most impressive Dolomite peaks that surround the Biois Valley.
This terrace can also be exceeded by the living room, wide and bright, where we find a sofa, two armchairs and a TV.
There are also three bedrooms, two large double bedrooms and one with a single bed.
There are two bathrooms, one with a window and a blind which has a shower instead.
There is a parking space outside.
N.B. The access road to the house and to the parking place is narrow and steep, if it is not possible to reach it by car it will be necessary to leave it in the public car parks in the village, the closest is 150 meters from the property.
THE POSITION:
Casa Elena is located in the locality of Pisoliva, just 300 meters from the center of Caviola, in a particularly quiet and panoramic area. In the town center you will find all the services you will need, supermarket, bars and various shops.
With a short walk of just 10 minutes you can reach the Caviola playground, where your children can play and have fun in complete tranquility and safety, while you relax sunbathing or enjoying a good sandwich on the terrace of the bar.
The center of Falcade is located 2 km far from the property, you can also reach it through the cycle path that connects Caviola and Falcade, and which leads directly to the Piana: the vast and green park that characterizes Falcade and that covers a large part of the village.
Not far away, in the hamlet of Molino, there is the departure of the ski lifts of the San Pellegrino Ski Area, reachable in winter by the ski bus whose stop is only 300 meters far from Casa Elena. You will enjoy about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes and breathtaking views, not to be missed!
