Casa Zulian will immediately win you over thanks to its modern and functional furniture, the convenience of its location and spaces, and the presence of 3 terraces from which to admire the most beautiful Dolomite peaks that surround Falcade.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with only 3 apartments. The accommodation has been recently renovated, with taste and attention to details. The presence of wood gives harmony and warmth to the spaces, which are furnished in a simple and linear way.
The apartment has a kitchen where you can prepare delicious breakfasts for you and your family or organize a dinner with friends. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, etc.. There are also 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with 2 single beds.
Finally we find the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
There are 3 terraces from which you can enjoy a 360° view of the wonderful surrounding mountains, the fiery sunsets typical of the Dolomites with their pink and red shades, are a sight not to be missed, even better if admired while sipping a good drink in good company.
Casa Zulian is also equipped with a ski rack, common garden and parking space.

The house is located a stone's throw from the town center, about 500 meters, and is close to the beautiful Park of Falcade. Actually, close to the house it is possible to take the cycle path that leads directly to the Park, and therefore also to the center.
The bus/ski bus stop is located 50 meters far from the house, so in winter you will be able to reach the perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area. Consiglio di sostituire il tavolo in cucina (visto che è molto piccola) perché ha una base importante che non permette la possibilità di avvicinare le sedie, impedendo il passaggio.

Altra cosa suggerisco di installare una chiusura elettrica nel portone d’ingresso del palazzo in modo da non costringere il villeggiante ad aprire e chiudere a chiave e al contempo garantire una maggiore praticità in caso di emergenza. Verificare l’usura degli asciugamani. |

THE SPACES:
This apartment of Casa Falcade is on the first floor of a building with many accommodations.
It has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, a wide double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower.
There are also 4 small balconies: one from the bedroom overlooking the park, one from the living room and two from the double bedroom.
