The apartment is on the first floor of this villa surrounded by the green Dolomites woods, it's composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, cooking corner and dining area, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Thanks to the free WI-FI you can easily connect to the internet and, at the end of the day, post photos of your hikings or your skiing days.
From the living room you can enjoy a large terrace, equipped with table and chairs.
Imagine yourself, having breakfast outside before going for a hike, watching the Mulaz and Focobon mountains, hear the birds singing and jumping from one branch to another of the fir trees that surround you .. if you are lucky you can also see some squirrels or even a roe deer!
The garden surrounding the property is a real highlight. You can use the barbecue, sunbathe on a hot summer day, have a good coffee with friends and enjoy the pure air that only the mountains can offer.

Villa Licia is located about 600 meters far from the center of Falcade and the beautiful Park that characterizes it.
