The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, behind a booth open on both sides, there is the double bed, finally there is a wide bathroom with shower.

From the living room you can go outside and enjoy the view on two of the most beautiful mountains that surround Falcade: Monte Mulaz and Cime dell'Auta.

The property also has a convenient common outdoor parking space and laundry room in the basement, where there is a washing machine to use for free by guests. You will also find a private ski/bike deposit for each apartment which can be locked with a key, so you to keep your equipment safe.

Thanks to the path that you can take a stone's throw from the house, it is possible to follow a cycle path that leads on the town of Caviola and Canale d'Agordo or, going on the other side, to the beautiful Park of Falcade.
