The apartment at the Marmolada residence, in Pozza di Fassa, is quite small but very welcoming.
Located on the first floor, it features a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and a small window, and a balcony accessible from the living area.
The parking is shared and is located in the same structure; in winter, due to the often icy slope, it is advisable not to use it and opt for the free Buffaure parking, 300 metres away.
Due to the particular exposure of the condominium, the view from the house entrance and the balcony is phenomenal, raised above the village and especially away from the chaos.
The greenery surrounding the house is ideal for children to play in (in summer), and the very close proximity to the Buffaure cable car connected to the Sellaronda is perfect for ski lovers!
Sanitary hot water produced by a small electric boiler.
RENTAL FEE EURO 4000 + AGENCY COMMISSION + UTILITIES to be paid separately.
