The apartment at the Marmolada residence, in Pozza di Fassa, is small but very welcoming.
Located on the first floor, it features a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and small window and a balcony accessible from the living area.
The car park is shared and is located within the same building; in winter, due to the often icy slope, it is advisable not to use it and opt for the free car parks at Buffaure, 300 metres away.
Due to the particular exposure of the building, the view from the house entrance and from the balcony is phenomenal, elevated above the village and especially away from the hustle and bustle.
The greenery surrounding the house is ideal for children to play in (in summer), and the very close proximity to the Buffaure cable car connected to the Sellaronda is ideal for ski-lovers!
Hot water for domestic use produced by a small electric boiler.
RENTAL FEE EURO 4,000 + AGENCY COMMISSION + UTILITIES to be paid separately.
