THE SPACES
This apartment is located on the first floor inside a family house with 4 residential units. Here you will feel like a local resident. The comfortable and welcoming house of about 100 sqm has been recently renovated with light wood furniture. It has a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a room with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), living room with a completely new kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave oven. Possibility of using the sofa bed in the living room; balcony, outdoor parking space and indoor parking in a reserved garage (for small cars).

THE LOCATION
Rocca Pietore, the true geographical heart of the Dolomites, ranging from 1000 metres at Masarè on Lake Alleghe to the 3265 metres of the panoramic terrace of Punta Rocca on Marmolada. A land rich in mountains, woods, streams and enchanted lakes. From the Queen of the Dolomites - Marmolada - passing through Padon, Mesola, Cime d'Ombretta, Migogn and Piz, just to mention some of the mountains you can admire and experience in Rocca Pietore.
Lake Alleghe, a water mirror at the foot of Monte Civetta, offers a breathtaking view of the village and its woods on the Rocca Pietore shore. Lake Fedaia turns red every evening and welcomes the placid image of Marmolada, marking the border between Belluno and Trento, between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige. The Lèch di Giai, a natural alpine lake, is the destination of one of the most challenging and panoramic treks in the area, and around it the legend of the Eivane is told.

Rocca Pietore is a territory full of unique and unspoilt natural elements, where you can experience mountain life in the spirit of adventure. There are many villages, which have remained authentic and characteristic, scattered throughout the territory: from the legendary village of Bramezza to the panoramic Laste, from the main town of Rocca to Malga Ciapela passing through Sottoguda, which since 2016 has been one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
