Located in the quiet hamlet of Pezzè, in the municipality of Rocca Pietore, just 5 minutes by car from the town centre and about 10 km from Alleghe, Casa Sorarù is surrounded by green meadows and dominated by the majestic Dolomite peaks, in a setting where peace and silence are the main characters.
THE SPACES
The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house consisting of only four residential units, offering an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for experiencing the mountains like a local resident.
The dwelling, of approximately 100 m², has been recently renovated with taste, enhancing the warmth of light wood and the functionality of the spaces. It is composed of:
- 1 double bedroom;
- 1 room with two single beds;
- 1 room with a bunk bed;

Rental fee: € 4,000.00

The consumption of utilities is not included in the rental fee. A deposit for expenses is required, which will be settled at the end of the stay based on actual consumption recorded.
