Casa Val di Fassa is a small 50 sq m apartment at the foot of Gran Vernel in Alba di Canazei with a marvellous view of Col Rodella.
Its location is strategic for winter sports enthusiasts, as it is only 50 metres from the skibus stop and 500 metres from the Ciampac-Col dei Rossi facilities.
At just 600 metres, the town of Canazei is located with the Belvedere cable car, connected to the Sellaronda circuit, one of the most fascinating ski tours in the Dolomites.
Casa Val di Fassa is a loft on the third floor without a lift, completely lined with wood and consisting of an entrance with a dining area and a double sofa bed, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a small bathroom with a small bathtub and a storage room.
Given the reduced size of the bathroom (and the low height in the bathtub area), the accommodation is suitable for a MAXIMUM OF 3 GUESTS IN TOTAL.
The accommodation is functional, the bathroom is very small and one must adapt to the very limited space.
A car parking space is available in the garage, sheltered from heavy snowfall or potential bad weather.
There is also the possibility of parking outside in the condominium courtyard.
Animals are NOT PERMITTED
