Description
ALLEGHE: always synonymous with holidays with children, great ski tours in the largest ski area in Veneto, the majestic Monte Pelmo and Monte Civetta, ice skating, the magic of the lake and much more. All this makes Alleghe a place of great charm, in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. A complete package of relaxation and fun both in summer and winter where the keywords are NATURE, ACTIVE HOLIDAY and FAMILY. Some examples? Streams, lakes, majestic mountains; mountain bike, trekking, climbing, skiing, excursions for all difficulty levels; Adventure Park, "Ally Farm" Playground, mountain huts, picnic areas.
THE SPACES
Spacious, bright and welcoming apartment, ideal for large families or small groups of friends; located on the second and third floors of a recently built building, just 30 metres from the ski lifts.
The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people (8 people in the sleeping area and 2 people in the living area); the spaces are very generous and well-equipped: in addition to wi-fi connection, all main areas (living area and various rooms) are equipped with TV; once you enter the house, you will find a large living area fully equipped and furnished with a double sofa bed, service area with laundry and 10-seat ski boot dryer, complete bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 10 people.
On the upper floor, there is a quadruple room consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, 2 double rooms, as well as a second bathroom.
On both floors, there are splendid terraces with a panoramic view of the Civetta massif, the lake, and the ski lift departure.
The boot dryer present in the apartment is made available to guests free of charge. For guests during the summer season, 1 parking space is made available free of charge in the nearby covered parking lot.
THE LOCATION
The extremely central location is the first merit of the house. The ski lifts are located in front of the structure, you will be able to go skiing on foot without using a car or other means of transport. Really very convenient! Within a radius of only 200 metres, all main services are located: bars, pizzerias, ski and mountain bike rental, brewery, pharmacy, supermarket, lake and much more!
