Welcome to Chalet Lagusello, a small alpine jewel nestled in the heart of the Dolomites.
This splendid residence was born from a careful renovation of an ancient building, in which the typical details of local architecture and the original materials with which the dwelling was built have been preserved and enhanced. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, perfect for those who wish to experience a unique mountain experience.
Chalet Lagusello represents an excellent starting point for walks and mountain bike excursions, immersed in the charm of the Dolomite village of Lagusèl: an ideal place for nature and tranquillity lovers. The house is located just 4 km from Alleghe, conveniently reachable by car along an asphalted mountain road of about 2 km. During winter, the road is always clean, but the use of snow tyres, chains or 4x4 traction is recommended. The public car park is located in the village square, about 120 metres from the house, which can be reached on foot.
On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious kitchen with a living-dining area, furnished with great attention to detail, where you can relax and experience unforgettable moments. Also on the ground floor, you will find a beautiful restored room with exposed stones and a large window that floods the environment with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a spacious master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Note: for safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is not permitted.
Chalet Lagusello is furnished in an authentic alpine style, a true charming refuge for an unforgettable stay. Just a few steps from the front door, along a simple path, two monumental trees await you: a majestic beech tree of about 220 years old and a slightly younger spruce, under which the poet Giosuè Carducci loved to pause. A thematic path is dedicated to him, starting right from the Chalet and leading to Caprile, allowing you to make a fascinating ring route among century-old trees and the unspoiled silence of nature.

Great home in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable inside with most amenities you will need for your stay. Centrally located for visits in this part of the Dolomites. Road to the house is about 2 kilometers and is mostly single lane with many curvsee more

Road to the house is about 2 kilometers and is mostly single lane with many curves. If you plan on coming and going throughout the day, this house will make it difficult to do. However, if you plan on leaving for the day, this location is private and very nice. Love to come back and visit the area again.
