Description
An der Sonne is the perfect apartment for your holidays for 3 reasons: the convenience of the ground floor with direct access to the garden, the quiet and strategic position half way between the center and the ski lifts, which in winter is really convenient.
THE SPACES:
The accommodation develops on the ground floor of a recently built building, and has an independent entrance directly from the garden.
Upon entering we immediately find the living room with dining area and cooking corner, then there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out bed, and a bathroom.
The private garden is also accessible directly from the main bedroom.
Finally, the apartment also has a convenient parking space in the garage. If you want to leave your car outside, you can park in a public parking space 50 meters far from the property.
THE POSITION:
An der Sonne is located in a strategic position, halfway between the center of Falcade and the starting point of the Molino ski lifts.
This location is actually the best starting point for skiing in the wonderful San Pellegrino Ski Area, which offers breathtaking views and perfectly snow-covered slopes.
The area has about 100 km of slopes between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige, among the most popular with both sportsmen and amateur skiers.
For those who don't love alpine skiing, the cross-country skiing ring and the skating rink located in the center of Falcade, on the wide and panoramic Park of Falcade, can be quickly reached, which can also be an excellent starting point for beautiful excursions with snowshoes.
In the summer, right in front of the house, you can take the cycle/pedestrian path that leads directly to the Piana di Falcade, without enduring the main road noise. There are countless activities that can be enjoyed in summer: volleyball, tennis, mountain biking, relaxing walks in the playground with the children, and at the end of the day have a good drink at the bar by the little lake.
