La casa è molto carina, accogliente e ben curata, con ambienti caldi e confortevoli, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la posizione: in circa 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono comodamente gli impianti, il che rende il soggiorno estremamente pratico, soprattutto per chi scia. L’atmosfera è davvero ospitale e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Consigliatissima |

Casa abbastanza ampia per 4 persone, il soggiorno e il tavolo con la panca consente la condivisione della vacanza anche con degli amici. La cucina è bene attrezzata. Vista al tramonto sul Pelmo e Civetta fantastica.

La porta della doccia perde l'acqua e sta rovinando il pavimento anche se si sta attenti le piastre di metallo messe appositamente lasciano comunque passare l'acqua sotto sul legno del pavimento. Le scale del condominio dovrebbero essere un po' più psee more

Le scale del condominio dovrebbero essere un po' più pulite. La casa rispetto ad altre è un po' più cara. Il divano in soggiorno anche se comodo ha i cuscini che tendono a scivolare verso terra.

There are at least 4 good reasons why you will fall in love with Casa Piccolin.
The location in the center of Falcade, the amazing view on the park and the surrounding Dolomites, the free Wi-Fi network, the wooden furniture and the typical mountain atmosphere.
THE SPACES:
The apartment has an independent entrance and is located on the raised ground floor of a newly renovated building which has only three apartments. It's composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, cooking corner and dining area created in what was once the "larin" area, the typical fireplace of ancient mountain residences around which the family used to gather. There are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
You can then take advantage of the free Wi-Fi network and, at the end of the day, post and share photos of the trip to the mountains or the memorable ski outing with friends.
Do not forget the large and convenient outdoor parking space and the ski and boots storage on the left side of the building, just under the barn loft.
THE POSITION:
To reach the wide "Piana di Falcade" (the park) you just have to cross the road and walk about fifty meters .. You will end up walking in a relaxing park where your children can run and play quietly, far away from busy roads and dangers.
Here you will also find the playground, the inflatable play area, the bowling green, the bike path that runs along the river and through the forest, and much more.
Especially loved is the bar/restaurant called "L'Aivaz" which is also located in the Park of Falcade, where you can taste typical Dolomites dishes on the shores of a small lake that gives peace and tranquility or have a good drink with friends or family .. What a beauty!
In winter you can experience the thrill of a walk with snowshoes, cross-country skiing, skating, alpine skiing in the San Pellegrino Ski Area.
Only 50 meters far from the house you can take the ski bus that will take you directly to the Molino-Le Buse new cable car, the erfect starting point for skiing along the 100 km of slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area .. and to reach characteristic mountain huts where you could taste the best mountain typical dishes.

Casa Mulaz is located in a sunny and quiet position, but also close to the village center and all the main services. The functionality of the spaces of this apartment make it one of the most popular and requested solutions by families, couples traveling in groups and groups of friends.
THE SPACES:
This apartment of Casa Mulaz is on the third top floor, it is composed of an entrance with living room, dining room, kitchenette, one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The real highlight is that each room has its own private bathroom with a shower!
Thanks to the presence of the free Wi-Fi, you can easily connect to the internet inside the apartment.
Outside, a large terrace which is equipped with tables and chairs in the summer, an ideal place to sunbathe and relax on a hot summer day, while your children play safely.
THE POSITION:
In a jiffy you can walk to the Park di Falcade, where you can find a playground, inflatable park for children, bar/restaurant on the pond where you can taste delicious typical dishes of the Dolomites and fantastic desserts, as well as toast and various appetizers to enjoy with a drink by the lake .. what a treat!
There are also a cycle path that runs alongside the stream, a petanque field, a tennis court and many other activities to try.
In winter, the beautiful and perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area can also be easily reached in just 2 minutes by car or with the free ski bus, the stop is 100 meters far from the house. At the departure of the Molino cable car you can rent the equipment for skiing and, if you need it, book a course with our excellent instructors.
