This apartment of Casa Falcade is on the third top floor of a building with many accommodations, and it is a loft/attic.
It has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, blind bathroom with shower and suction blower.
There aren't balconies, but dormer windows along one side of the apartment.
Large parking space behind the house.
On the ground floor there is a common ski deposit, useful in winter to store skis and boots at the end of an amazing day on the slopes.
THE POSITION:
The highlight of this structure is its central position. All you have to do is to step outside your own front door to get to the Park of Falcade with its playground, the inflatable park for the kids, the bar restaurant on the pond, the cycle path, and much more!
During your winter holidays, you have the opportunity to take the ski bus 20 meters far from the house and reach the departure of the ski lifts of the San Pellegrino Ski Area in 5 minutes.
