    Outside, a large terrace which is equipped with tables and chairs in the summer, an ideal place to sunbathe and relax on a hot summer day, while your children play safely.

    In a jiffy you can walk to the Park di Falcade, where you can find a playground, inflatable park for children, bar/restaurant on the pond where you can taste delicious typical dishes of the Dolomites and fantastic desserts, as well as toast and various appetizers to enjoy with a drink by the lake .. what a treat!
    There are also a cycle path that runs alongside the stream, a petanque field, a tennis court and many other activities to try.

    In winter, the beautiful and perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area can also be easily reached in just 2 minutes by car or with the free ski bus, the stop is 100 meters far from the house. At the departure of the Molino cable car you can rent the equipment for skiing and, if you need it, book a course with our excellent instructors.

    We missed bigger mugs, wine glasses, more plates and cutlery! Even we had bought and left in the house a water kettle. Because we always drink a lot of tea. We love the house very much and hopefully we come back!

      Entering we immediately find the living room with cooking corner, dining area and double sofa bed, then there is a small double bedroom which leads to the bathroom.

The ski area has about 100 km of perfectly snow covered slopes and offers truly breathtaking views.
      On a perfect day on the snow, you obviously cannot miss a stop to taste the typical cuisine in the several shelters along the slopes.
      In the center of Falcade, which is only 700 meters far from the house, you can enjoy cross-country skiing and ice skating. There are also a lot of paths where you can try more or less long walks with snowshoes.
      In summer, right in front of the house, you can take the cycle and pedestrian path that leads directly to the Park of Falcade, where there is a playground, inflatable games for children, a pond, a tennis court, and much more!
