    Description

    There are at least 3 good reasons whay you will fall in love with Apartment Val Biois:
    the central position, the width of the living area and the view on the Falcade park.
    Let's take a closer look at the characteristics and strengths of this homely apartment.

    THE SPACES:
    The apartment is on the first floor of a building with several apartments. As soon as you enter you will find a large living room with a corner sofa, large flat-screen TV and dining area. From this room you will access the balcony that overlooks the back of the house and the majestic Cime d'Auta, which are part of the Marmolada mountain range.
    There's also a small but functional kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners to enjoy all together.
    Then there are 3 the bedrooms: one with a bunk bed, one with two single beds that can be joined together and one with a double bed. From this last room you have access to a small balcony with a wonderful view over the wide park of Falcade and the imposing "Pale di San Martino" mountain range, in particular on Mount Mulaz.
    Finally, the bathroom that has just been renovated, blind but with an suction fan, with a shower and washing machine.

    On the ground floor of the building, just below the terrace of the double bedroom, there is a private and lockable room used as a deposit for ski equipment or bicycles.

    This accommodation is therefore perfect for those who love quiet but also proximity to services and shops, it is also suitable for groups of friends or large families.
    Even your furry friends are allowed!

    THE POSITION:
    Casa Val Biois is located right next to the amazing "Piana di Falcade", a large park in the middle of the mountains. Imagine leaving the house and taking the path that takes you directly to the park, where you can relax with several activities. Walks in the countryside, funny mountain bike excursions, organizing a picnic with friends while enjoying the many typical products that the Biois valley offers or simply having a good drink at the bar/restaurant on the lake... And much more!
    In winter, always in the park, you can practice cross-country skiing and skating, as well as admire the majestic Christmas tree that rises in the middle of the snowy expanse, which is lit up during the festivity of December the 8th and illuminates the park throughout the winter.

    A few steps from your apartment there is the ski bus stop, which is active in winter usually from after Christmas to the end of the season. This public transport is free for those who have a ski pass and it leads to the departure of the Molino-Le Buse cable car, an excellent starting point for your skiing in the San Pellegrino Ski Area. You will enjoy about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes and breathtaking views... Not to mention the several mountain huts you will find along the slopes and where you can have a break with a slice of good homemade cake and a hot chocolate, or a typical lunch based on polenta, sausage, mushrooms and melted cheese. That goodness!

    So.. these are just some of the activities that the beautiful Valle del Biois offers, it's up to you to discover the others!

Soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli dove quindi e è presente una buona quantità di pannolini sporchi.
    Consiglio di creare un mazzo di chiavi di riserva che fa comodo averne 2 come gestione.
    Aumentare lo spazio in dispensa e riorganizzarlo meglio.
