THE SPACES:
The apartment is on the first floor of this villa surrounded by the green Dolomites woods, it has indipendent entrance and it's composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, cooking corner and dining area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower (one is blind with suction blower, one with window).
Thanks to the free WI-FI you can easily connect to the internet and, at the end of the day, post photos of your hikings or your skiing days.
Before the entrance, there is large terrace, equipped with table and chairs.
Imagine yourself, having breakfast outside before going for a hike, watching the Mulaz and Focobon mountains, hear the birds singing and jumping from one branch to another of the fir trees that surround you .. if you are lucky you can also see some squirrels or even a roe deer!
The garden surrounding the property is a real highlight. You can use the barbecue, sunbathe on a hot summer day, have a good coffee with friends and enjoy the pure air that only the mountains can offer.
THE POSITION:
Villa Licia is located about 600 meters far from the center of Falcade and the beautiful Park that characterizes it.
In this large green and flat area you can take beautiful quiet walks along the cycle path that runs alongside the stream, then there are a playground for the children, the inflatable play area, a bar-restaurant with a terrace on the pond .. perfect location to sunbathe and have a drink admiring the beauty of the landscape.
In winter you will be able to reach the beautiful and perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area in just 5 minutes by car.
At the departure of the lift you can easily rent the skiing equipment and, if you need it, book a course with our excellent instructors.
At the end of the day you can store your skis and boots in the deposit located on the ground floor of the house.

Would you like to go out of the house and not have to move the car to reach the supermarket, bakery, and the magnificent Piana di Falcade? Apartment Le Coste is just what you need! Located right in the town centre, but in a secluded position from the main road, this apartment is perfect for your mountain holidays.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. There is a large living room with a kitchenette and dining area equipped with oven and dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, for a total of 6 beds.
