Villa Simona has been recently renovated, it is located in the center of Caviola and has only 3 apartments. The position is close to shops and the ski bus stop.
The property is about 3 km from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the foot of a hill and is dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.

The apartment is on the second top floor of the building. We find a living room with cooking corner, a bedroom where there are a double bed and a French bed (one and a half square), bathroom with shower.
The property does not have a private parking plece, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.
