Villa Simona has been recently renovated, it is located in the center of Caviola and has only 3 apartments. The position is close to shops and the ski bus stop.
The property is about 3 km from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the foot of a hill and is dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is on the second top floor of the building. We find a living room with cooking corner, a bedroom where there are a double bed and a French bed (one and a half square), bathroom with shower.
The property does not have a private parking plece, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

On a perfect day on the snow, you obviously cannot miss a stop to taste the typical cuisine in the several shelters along the slopes. In the center of Falcade, which is only 700 meters far from the house, you can enjoy cross-country skiing and ice skating. There are also a lot of paths where you can try more or less long walks with snowshoes. In summer, right in front of the house, you can take the cycle and pedestrian path that leads directly to the Park of Falcade, where there is a playground, inflatable games for children, a pond, a tennis court, and much more!
