Villa Simona has been recently renovated, it is located in the center of Caviola and has only 3 apartments. The position is close to shops and the ski bus stop.
The property is about 3 km far from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the base of a hill, dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you'll have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, the rooms are really large. As you enter there is a wide living room with cooking corner and dining area, then there are a double bedroom where there are also a bunk bed and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The property does not have private parking, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.
