This apartment is on the first floor of a small non-condominium house.
It is composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a large living room with a sofa not present in the picture but will be placed soon, one double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, one room with a double bed and a sigle bed, a big bathroom with shower too.
A large terrace will allow you to admire the beauty of the Val di Fassa and its mountains in the sun, the bright windows will always guarantee you bright and warm spaces!
There is no private parking space but you can park your car just 300 meters from the house in a convenient public car park.
On the ground floor there is a convenient large common bike storage.
Please do not use shoes in house, but only slippers. Al floors are made of wood, please treat the dwelling as if it weer yours, both in terms of consumes and in terms of furniture!
THE POSITION:
The strong point of this structure is its position away from the caos and its centrality. Just go out the front door to arrive in the blink of an eye on the path that takes you to the magnificent Lake Antermoia with its crystal clear water, the cycle path is located a few hundred meters from the meadows surrounding the house.
During your holidays, you have the opportunity to take the bus 300 meters from the house and reach in 5 minutes the departure of the ski lifts of the Buffaure Ski Area or Col Rodella, both connected to the famous Sellaronda circuit.
