Welcome to "El Zirum-Boscoverde", a cosy apartment located in Rocca Pietore, ideal for families and couples who wish to experience the tranquillity of the Dolomites. This charming two-room apartment of 60 sqm offers an intimate and functional space, perfect for hosting up to 4 people.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and, as an alternative to the sofa bed in the living room, guests can use a divisible double bed that can be split into two single beds located on the mezzanine. Access to the mezzanine is via an internal iron staircase: it is noted that the ceiling beam in this area is low, therefore requiring some caution.
The shower room is fully equipped to meet the guests' needs. The American-style kitchen is a real strong point: equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and various utensils, it allows you to easily prepare tasty meals.
Outside you will find a balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif with a view of the mountains, and a private parking space. During the winter period, should the access driveway not be passable, parking is available free of charge on the road, just 50 metres from the apartment entrance.
It is noted that the road to reach the property is unpaved in the final part, as is the access driveway.
