This nice little apartment can be your mountain retreat. It is located 3 km from the center of Alleghe in the location called "Le Pale".
THE SPACES
The accommodation is located on the ground floor. It has a living room with kitchenette and a sofa a double bedroom and complete bath.
The apartment has been completely renovated and the atmosphere is very welcoming and warm.
It is possible to park the car outside. The house is easy to access even during the winter months.
THE POSITION
The apartment is in a very convenient position for both a winter and summer holiday. It is and just dsome minutes by car from the departure of the ski lifts of the SKI CIVETTA ski area or to Malga Ciapela at 16 km where the majestic Marmolada glacier and the connection with the Sellaronda / Dolomitisuperski ski area are located.
In summer, the location is very quiet, perfect if you want to relax: you can walk along the lake shores, a panoramic place in front of the vertiginous north wall of the Civetta where you can fish (following the regulations of the Province of Belluno) or rent a boat or a pedal boat. You can go hiking or mountain biking or do daring via ferratas.
A little suggestion for your walks: the whole territory of Alleghe is full of streams and waterfalls. Starting from the Masarè square, a few meters from the house, go up to the tennis court in Pian Grant, where you turn right going up a path that leads to the Ru de Rialt waterfall heralded by the roar of the water and preceded by the refreshing fall of the atomized droplets. In short, there is something for all tastes, you will certainly find the activity that suits you!
