The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two rooms: a double room for the parents and a small room with a bunk bed for the children.
The living and dining room with kitchenette also has a sofa bed for possible guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle... nothing is really missing! You can enjoy your vacation in comfort, enjoying a hot herbal tea on winter evenings or cooking delicious meals for your family on summer days.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine: everything you need for when you come back muddy from a mountain bike ride or after an afternoon at the park with the little ones.
The Alessia apartment has recently been renovated with beautiful light wood furniture that makes the room warm, cozy and with that magical touch of mountain style.
The house is located in the small hamlet of Masarè, very close to the center of Alleghe and the Ski Civetta ski area. Don't worry, even on snowy days you will be able to reach the apartment without difficulty: in fact, it is located near the main road.
Parking is private and is right in front of the house.
The skibus stop is only 130 mt from the house and with a few minutes of travel you can reach the ski slopes of Alleghe, but also of Marmolada, without using your car.
Since it is a ground floor, the Alessia apartment is also ideal for a few days of vacation with the grandparents!
The location is great: you can walk around Lake Alleghe on foot or by bike, and very close to the apartment you will also find the playground "La Busa", a beautiful area equipped for the little ones and... for the older ones!

The apartment is located in Coldemies, a small hamlet 3 km from the municipality of Alleghe, in an area far from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
