The apartment has two bedrooms with three beds: a double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed, providing flexible and comfortable accommodations for all guests. The bathroom with bathtub completes the interior space, while the balcony offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding majestic mountains, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. The large storage place offers the opportunity to park (motor)bikes and skies in a secure place.
Free WiFi and central heating ensure comfort and connectivity throughout the year. Animal lovers will be happy to know that a small pet is allowed.
The location offers an authentic, private, and peaceful environment—without sacrificing convenience. Just 200 metres from the El Ciamin restaurant, only 4 minutes by car (4 km) from the centre of Alleghe and its picturesque lake, and 4 minutes (4 km) from the ski lifts of the Ski Civetta area, which offers ample parking.
Ski Civetta is part of the Dolomiti Superski region, a vast network of 12 interconnected ski resorts. You can enjoy full-day ski trips from resort to resort or opt for a ski pass for a single area to explore more deeply.
During the summer season, the region transforms into a paradise for outdoor lovers. Numerous hiking, mountain biking, and climbing routes start right from the appartment. You can also cycle along the nearby river to the centre of Alleghe on quiet paths with little to no traffic.

WHY? This charming apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a few relaxing days in a delightful village, and breathe the owners' love for the mountains and these places in every detail.
WHERE? The location is very convenient: only a few km from Alleghe and Rocca Pietore, and close to the center of Caprile, where there are all the essential services: supermarket, pizzerias, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, shops, playground and the typical weekly market on Friday morning. Do not miss the beautiful riverside walk on cool summer evenings after a tasty dinner of typical dishes.
In a slightly raised hamlet with respect to the centre, (a couple of km) it therefore also offers a beautiful panoramic view.
