The very central location is the first advantage of the house. The ski facilities are located practically in front of the house. Just cross the road and you can take the cable car that takes you to the wonderful slopes of the Civetta ski area.

The apartment is located 3 km from the centre of Alleghe in a small hamlet with a wonderful view of the lake.
Skiing early in the morning on pristine snow. Savour the silence and starry nights, the majesty of the panoramas, the pure air, the silence of dawn and a breathtaking view of Lake Alleghe, the pure air and peace. This will be your refuge from the stress and noise of the city. The smell of freshly worked wood will intoxicate you whilst the warmth of the environment will envelop you.
A charming place where brand new accommodation, furnished with great care and passion, awaits you.

It is located on the second floor of a brand new building. It offers a living area with table and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher. Induction hob. Master bedroom and bedroom with 3 beds (two single beds and one raised bed). Two full bathrooms (one without window, one with window), washing machine. Beautiful terrace with breathtaking lake views.

The apartment is located in Coldemies, a small hamlet 3 km from the municipality of Alleghe, in an area far from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the town centre. In summer it is completely immersed in greenery and total tranquillity. The structure is just 3 km from the Piani di Pezzè where the ski lifts depart.
