    POSITION:
    Maison Varazza is located in Colle Santa Lucia, a particularly strategic position for holidays in the Dolomites: by car, you can reach the main starting points of the most beautiful hikes such as Alleghe and Val Civetta in less than 10 minutes, the Cinque Torri and Falzarego via the cable car from Fedare refuge in 15 minutes (9km), Cortina in 30 km along the scenic Giau Pass. Perfect location for Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage lovers.

    THE SPACES:
    The apartment is on the 2nd floor, making the view from the balcony of the mountains absolutely spectacular. The condominium is located along a secondary road, in a sunny, peaceful and quiet position, but only 1 km from the town center, where there is a supermarket, bar and restaurant.
    The house has generous spaces: two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine; spacious and bright living area, with kitchenette, sofa, TV. Balcony facing Val Fiorentina, with a view of Monte Pelmo, whose distinctive feature, represented by two monoliths, is a distinctive characteristic of this mountain, known by locals as al caregon del Padreterno, the throne of God, due to the wide depression of the glacial cirque visible from its eastern side, which makes it look like a chair.

    The apartment is finally equipped with the convenience of a parking space in the condominium garage, and a storage room for skis and ski boots.

    THE ZONE:
    The Ladin village of Colle Santa Lucia, with its distinctive profile featuring a small church and Monte Pelmo, offers hiking and cultural routes such as the Alta Via dell'orso (Bear's High Path): a trail (marked with specific signage) that immerses visitors in the most authentic heart of the village, in a naturalistic scenario of extraordinary beauty capable of providing a unique experience, through paths, woods, and evocative panoramas.
    Other privileged destinations of the Colles summer are the ancient Fursil Mines and the places of the First World War, but also the possibility of immersing oneself in discovering the small village by visiting the Ladin Institute "Cesa de Jan".

      The apartment is on the ground floor of a six-unit condominium. From the house you can reach the center of Colle in 2 minutes on foot, where there is a supermarket, bar and restaurant, descending into the village down the hill by steps.The house is 85 m2 and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, a large windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine; lounge / living area (with adjoining kitchen) very large and bright with a large sofa, a new television, extendable table. The kitchen is in excellent condition, very spacious and well equipped. The living area has three large windows facing the Val Fiorentina, with a partial view of Mount Pelmo and sideways of the Civetta.

      From the living area there is access to a terrace, always oriented towards the valley, the Pelmo and the church of Colle St. Lucia, where you can sunbathe, have lunch or dinner in the summer. In the morning the living area is well lit as it faces east. Both bedrooms have access to a second side terrace overlooking the valley, the Pelmo and the church and the meadows behind the house. Here you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon.

      The apartment is equipped with a box in the shared garage accessible by an external staircase, and an external parking place.
