Not to be missed is the nearby Vittorino Cazzetta Civic Museum, consisting of 3 sections: Geological, Archaeological and Historical, many finds from the late Neolithic and Copper Age coming from the nearby archaeological sites (Mandriz) as well as the skeleton of the Man of Mondeval found in Mondeval de Sora are kept.
An alarm at dawn is recommended to discover the kingdom of chamois, marmots and eagles, in the mountain system of Piz del Corvo, Cernera and Monte Pelmo.
Just 3 km away is the Ladin village of Colle Santa Lucia, with its unmistakable profile with a church and Monte Pelmo, where the ancient mines of Fursil and the Ladin Institute "Cesa de Jan" offer interesting visits to discover the culture of these villages.
Finally, do not miss a stop at the nearby Passo Giau, one of the most popular alpine passes loved by hikers, mountaineers, cyclists and photographers.
