Inserted in a historic building consisting of only 4 units, the apartment has an open space in exclusive property for use in outdoor parking and garden. The independent entrance overlooks the spacious living area: practical kitchenette, very bright thanks to the windows overlooking the courtyard, comfortable closet and spacious dining room. The authentic wooden cladding of the living room, typical of the Dolomite area, has been skilfully restored to its ancient splendor. Near the internal staircase leading to the second floor there is a windowed bathroom. We note the attention to decorative details, such as the original stone left exposed on part of the floor and walls of the dining room.

THE POSITION
This precious base for exploring the beauties of the Valley is located in the center of Selva di Cadore but, remaining in a slightly raised position respect to the road, it offers tranquility as well as the convenience of services.
Just opposite is the historic church of 1234, of gothic inspiration, dedicated to San Lorenzo. With its tolls, the bell tower has always been a visual and sound reference point for the community, also signaling the religious functions and the passing of the hours.
The walk through the historic villages of L'Andria and Toffol is a rare beauty: a real dive into the past, where you can admire the ancient mill, the typical barns and the limekilns ("calchere"). Not to be missed is the nearby Vittorino Cazzetta Civic Museum, consisting of 3 sections: Geological, Archaeological and Historical, many finds from the late Neolithic and Copper Age coming from the nearby archaeological sites (Mandriz) as well as the skeleton of the Man of Mondeval found in Mondeval de Sora are kept.
An alarm at dawn is recommended to discover the kingdom of chamois, marmots and eagles, in the mountain system of Piz del Corvo, Cernera and Monte Pelmo.
Just 3 km away is the Ladin village of Colle Santa Lucia, with its unmistakable profile with a church and Monte Pelmo, where the ancient mines of Fursil and the Ladin Institute "Cesa de Jan" offer interesting visits to discover the culture of these villages.
Finally, do not miss a stop at the nearby Passo Giau, one of the most popular alpine passes loved by hikers, mountaineers, cyclists and photographers.
