The apartment is located 3 km from the centre of Alleghe in a small hamlet with a wonderful view of the lake.

THE LOCATION
The apartment is located in Coldemies, a small hamlet 3 km from the municipality of Alleghe, in an area far from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the town centre. It is an authentic place in the heart of the Dolomites, in fact there is a small working stable nearby. The position is enviable both in summer and winter.
In summer it is completely immersed in greenery and total tranquillity. The structure is just 3 km from the Piani di Pezzè where the ski lifts depart.
Here you will also find the beautiful ALLY FARM nature park, an oasis of relaxation and simplicity: 4000 square metres for an experience aimed at finding a point of balance, both physical and psychological, thanks to slacklines, boulder areas and the sensory trail, and the CIVETTA ADVENTURE PARK.

WHY? This charming apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a few relaxing days in a delightful village, and breathe the owners' love for the mountains and these places in every detail.
WHERE? The location is very convenient: only a few km from Alleghe and Rocca Pietore, and close to the center of Caprile, where there are all the essential services: supermarket, pizzerias, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, shops, playground and the typical weekly market on Friday morning. Do not miss the beautiful riverside walk on cool summer evenings after a tasty dinner of typical dishes.
In a slightly raised hamlet with respect to the centre, (a couple of km) it therefore also offers a beautiful panoramic view.
HOW? The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds (or eventually a single bed), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with window and shower, balcony.
An outdoor parking space and one in an underground garage complete the comforts.
